Jarnac is a faithful digital adaptation of the classic French word duel, built with care for the small details that make a board game feel like a board game.
The expression "un coup de Jarnac" entered the French language in 1547, after the duel between Guy Chabot, Baron of Jarnac, and François de Vivonne - a sudden, unexpected, decisive strike. The board game took the name and made the move its centerpiece. This app does the same: keep your wits, read the board, and strike at the right moment.
