This End User License Agreement (the "EULA") governs your use of the Jarnac application, published by Lourenço ARNASALON. By installing, launching, or using the application, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these terms in full. If you do not accept these terms, do not install the application, or uninstall it.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Jarnac. By using the application, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, or that you are acting with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
Subject to your compliance with this agreement, Lourenço ARNASALON grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable and limited licence to install and use the application on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You acquire no ownership right over the application or its content.
Jarnac does not use passwords or email addresses. Your player identity is tied to a cryptographic hash of your device's hardware identifier and to a nickname you choose. You are responsible for every activity that takes place under your identifier.
In particular, you agree not to:
Nicknames and messages posted in the lobby chat are user-generated content. You are solely responsible for the content you publish. A server-side filter automatically blocks or masks known offensive terms but does not guarantee that all inappropriate content will be detected.
The application provides a mechanism to flag a message or a player whose behaviour appears to breach this agreement, and a mechanism to block an abusive user. Reported content is reviewed within 24 hours, and accounts confirmed to be in breach are removed or suspended.
Lourenço ARNASALON reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or permanently delete your account, without prior notice or compensation, in case of any breach of this agreement, in particular Section 4. You may stop using the application at any time, and you may request deletion of your profile by writing to support@jarnacgame.com.
Lourenço ARNASALON may release updates, change, or discontinue the application in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice. Online play depends on your internet connection and on the availability of our servers; no guarantee of uninterrupted availability is offered.
Some versions of the application may be paid or may contain advertising. The applicable commercial terms are those of the store from which you download the application (Apple App Store, Google Play, etc.). The presence or absence of advertising is disclosed for each version.
The Jarnac application, including its code, graphics, sounds, and brand, is the exclusive property of Lourenço ARNASALON. Nothing in this agreement grants you any right over that intellectual property beyond the licence described in Section 2.
The application is provided "as is", without any express or implied warranty. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lourenço ARNASALON shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or the inability to use, the application. This clause does not limit any rights granted to you by mandatory provisions of French law or, where applicable, your local consumer-protection law.
If you downloaded the application from the Apple App Store, the Apple Standard EULA applies in addition to this agreement. In case of conflict, the more restrictive version prevails. Apple's text is available at: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.
This agreement is governed by French law. Any dispute shall be brought before the competent courts of France, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules that may apply.
Lourenço ARNASALON may update this agreement to reflect legal or technical changes. The applicable version is the one in force at the time you use the application. Material changes will be announced in-app or at jarnacgame.com.
